Emergency

Dr. Nina’s Animal Hospital is fully equipped to stabilize and care in the event of an emergency. It is important to note that while we encourage appointments, we see patients based on urgency. If your pet has an accident or is in need of immediate attention, your pet will be seen right away. Dr. Nina’s Animal Hospital is a hospital first and clinic second, which means that we will always see walk-ins and if your pet is in any sort of distress, we urge you to please come in as soon as possible. Due to the limitation of working hours, we may refer your case at the end of the day to the local after-hours animal hospital for continued support through-out the night but your pet will need to return to our hospital in the morning.

 

All efforts will be made to limit the costs of after-hour charges, therefore any diagnostic, x-ray and examination will be performed at Dr. Nina’s Animal Hospital and then copies will be provided for continued after-hour care. X-Rays will be provided on a DVD disk for review by any doctor or specialist.
